In this session, participants will learn to:

• Tools to annotate scripts in ways that are effective for each director

• Quickly and seamlessly transfer notes across script drafts

• Generate reports that compare notes across script drafts

• Synch files over the cloud for seamless sharing across devices

• Use handy tools including highlighting for actors & reader mode

• Save annotations and custom stamps for quick and accessible notes

• How to open the software - what devices do you use? how to share across devices.

• Use sticky notes function for private notes for actors or save info from tone meeting

• Develop a personalizes, color coded system for script notes, actor notes, camera notes, etc

• Add facing pages for adding visual references, storyboards, shot lists and floor plans

• Add audio clips of score, music cues, dialogue pronunciation & more

• Use layers to organize notes for all your key collaborators like the DP & Production Designer

• Use bookmarks tool for location scout, tech scout and easy access to the day's work

• Exporting files, creating sides and sharing your files across the team

• Develop a personalized system and workflow most effective for your directing needs
